Client Data

TBGI provides database and application administration services for PeopleSoft and Oracle environments hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Under our service delivery architecture, client institutional data remains within the client’s own AWS account at all times. TBGI does not take possession of, store, or transfer client institutional data outside the client’s own environment. TBGI does not share client data with any third party.

Data Security

TBGI has been ISO 27001 certified since 2018, with certification renewed annually. Our information security management system governs how we handle business information, including access controls, encryption, employee screening, and incident response.

Third Parties

TBGI’s primary technology relationship is with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides the underlying cloud infrastructure for the services we deliver. TBGI does not engage subcontractors.
